After last Saturday’s Polyface Field Day and then Sunday morning’s American Meat premiere, I was really blessed to be able to attend a supper celebrating the documentary’s screening. The event, also attended by the Salatin Family and director/ producer Graham Meriwether, was held at Zynodoa, a farm-to-fork restaurant in Staunton’s historic downtown area. After brief words from both Joel and Graham, we also heard from Zynodoa’s owner Jeff Goode (whom I was thrilled to meet) and Executive Chef James Harris (whom local readers may recognize from Inn at Little Washington).
